If you’ve visited the Decospan production site on the Lageweg in Menen, you might have noticed that it looks a little different to any ordinary factory setting. As part of Decospan’s vision to make its offices as pleasant as possible, the specialist in wood solutions chose to put its company values in the spotlight by creating a photorealistic wall mural. Constructed over the course of two weeks, it showcases graffiti art from the 21st century and depicts the values defined in the company culture and DNA.
The first element isn’t exactly a company value, but a representation of Decospan and all of its employees. We are constantly reinventing ourselves so that we can keep up with the latest trends, technologies and materials. Every day we get the opportunity to emerge as the best version of ourselves. That’s why we’re ready to shine when we arrive at work in the mornings.
Did you know that the arctic fox is almost extinct in Scandinavia? There are only around 100 of them left in the wild. For this reason, we aim to create products that have the lowest possible impact on the environment. We work with a natural and renewable material, and choose to use this wood in a sustainable manner. This eco-friendly vision is at the centre of our sustainability policy.
