In this role, you will represent Decospan’s brands to our valued distributors and OEMs, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive communication and effective follow-ups. Your goal will be to maintain and increase customer satisfaction by responding swiftly to inquiries, managing sales orders, overseeing deliveries, and engaging in travel to key customers.
You will also identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial segment, leveraging Decospan's comprehensive value chain. Quality management will be a critical aspect of your role, ensuring that any complaints are resolved efficiently.
By providing detailed and accurate reporting through our CRM system, you will help maintain a solid base for customer and prospect management. Moreover, your ability to detect risks and opportunities for revenue and profitability growth will drive cross-functional collaboration within our business unit, particularly with Product Management & Marketing.
You will report directly to the Sales Director, APAC Veneer Products. While you won’t have direct reports, your impact will resonate throughout the organization.
We seek a dynamic individual with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience in sales (hunting and farming). You ideally possess knowledge in wood or related industries. Your analytical skills will guide your sales decisions, and your entrepreneurial mindset will drive you to seek out growth opportunities.
Your adaptability and proven learning agility are crucial, as is your willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time. Fluency in English is essential, and strong skills in negotiation, account management, strategic selling, category management, and sales forecasting will set you apart.
