A Decospan Key Account Manager is a true ambassador for our Esco flooring brand in the European market. In addition to nurturing existing client relationships, we rely on you to expand our customer base and increase sales in your region. Like an explorer, you will conquer new territories and define the right strategy for business development. You will spend most of your time traveling in the field (50%) combined with working from our factory in Radomyšl and your home office. You will report to the Esco Sales Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- You represent Decospan’s wood flooring brand Esco to existing and new distributors and retailers in Europe (Nordics, Mediterranean, West Europe, East Europe).
- By building strong relationships, you will increase customer satisfaction and provide added value through joint visits to key customers, sales promotions, and presentations.
- Aimed at expanding the Decospan territory, you will translate management decisions into your commercial action plan and hunt for new opportunities. You will identify ways to develop the business and create a route-to-market plan.
- With your in-depth technical knowledge of our product, you will answer customers’ questions.
- You will follow up on requests, calculations, sales orders, and actual deliveries.
- You will report your findings and successes in a structured manner, always keeping the overall strategy in mind.
- You will have regular contact with our production facility in the Czech Republic.
- You live and breathe sales and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an international sales position. You are driven to achieve results and build genuine customer relationships. Preferably, you have experience within the retail and distribution business.
- Experience in the flooring business or with wood veneer is a significant advantage.
- You reside near our production facility in Radomyšl and are flexible to travel 3 days a week.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy working in a rapidly growing company with fast decision-making processes and ambitious goals.
- You seize new opportunities with great enthusiasm and know how to remain composed in difficult situations.
- You are fluent in Czech and English.
